The opposite of trust is mistrust, a toxic ingredient in any relationship. Demonstrating trust requires the ability to empathize. Empathy with people, their values, their starting point and their perspective. Empathy and curiosity are essential, as the foundation of our collaborations.

At FUNKSEEDS we understand: when there are problems, the question lurks: Who is responsible? Our instincts cause us to place blame; however, the responsibility often cannot be fixed in a single place. Therefore, considering managerial responsibility, personal accountability, the abdication of duty is crucial.
